2Can I bring any guests?
When you exhibit an event with us, you'll receive two (2) free delegate tickets. This means you can bring along two attendees to the event as part of your package.
3Are there any discounts for my clients?
Talk to us and we’ll be able to offer discounts based on our agreement.
4What happens on the day?
As an exhibitor, you will be allotted a table placement in the venue where you can place your marketing collateral. You will be informed in advance of the set-up time to ensure that you have enough time to prepare. We will also provide equipment based on the exhibitors package that you have agreed to. If you require any additional equipment, it is recommended to let us know before the event. Your company name will be announced at different times of the event for additional exposure. We will also facilitate meet and greets with your prospects.
5How do I send materials to the venue?
You may send the material to the venue via your preferred carrier. If you need help, please let us know in advance.
6Will my exhibitor package include accommodation and travel expenses?
